Beardy’s & Okemasis’ Cree Nation, Treaty 6 – Chief and Council are pleased to announce that the Annual General Assembly will be held in May, providing members with an opportunity to receive updates on the Nation’s operations and participate in discussions regarding future initiatives.

The Assembly will feature departmental presentations highlighting accomplishments from the previous year, ongoing projects, and objectives for the months ahead. Members will also have opportunities to ask questions directly to leadership and Administration.

Departments expected to present include Governance, Finance, Public Works and Housing, Health, Education, Economic Development, and Community Development.

Leadership encourages all members to attend and participate in discussions that help guide decision-making and strengthen accountability.

Registration information, meeting materials, and the full agenda will be made available prior to the event through the Nation’s website.

Chief and Council thank members for their continued participation and recognize that strong governance depends on open communication and informed community engagement.
