BOCN 2026 Powwow – Food & Craft Vendor Call-Out

Beardy’s & Okemasis’ Cree Nation is now accepting Food and Craft Vendors for the 2026 BOCN Powwow!

August 21–23, 2026

FOOD VENDORS

Band Members: $1,000.00
Non-Band Members: $1,500.00

CRAFT VENDORS

$500.00 (same fee for Band & Non-Band Members)

Important Vendor Information

• Vendors must provide a list of items they plan to sell.
• Fee payment method: Cash only.
• Payment must be paid in full before opening.
• Vendors must pass a HEALTH INSPECTION prior to selling.
• Set-up is welcome on Thursday; however, no sales are permitted until the health inspection is passed and payment is fully received.
• Vendors are encouraged to bring extra food, drinks, and concession items.

Prohibited Items

• No toys.
• No gang-affiliated or drug-related items.
• No vapes or vape-related products.
