Beardy’s and Okemasis’ Cree Nation (BOCN) is proud to host the 2026 “Commemorating Treaty Six 150” Traditional Powwow on August 21–23, 2026.

Location: Duck Lake, SK (Highway 11)

Host Drum: Ironswing

Experience uplifting singing, dancing, specials, handgames, and community all weekend long.

We’re just a 15-minute drive from the original signing site of Treaty No. 6 at Fort Carlton, SK, where the Treaty 6 150 Commemorative Gathering will be taking place at the same time.

This will be a one-of-a-kind opportunity to come together, learn, and celebrate our rich culture, history, and treaty relationship.
