Beardy’s & Okemasis’ Cree Nation, Treaty 6 – Community members gathered this week for an information session outlining several projects planned throughout 2026.

Representatives from various departments shared updates on infrastructure improvements, community programming, housing initiatives, and future events. Members had the opportunity to ask questions, provide feedback, and learn more about projects currently underway.

Chief and Council thanked everyone who attended and emphasized the importance of ongoing community engagement in helping shape future priorities.

Additional information sessions will be scheduled throughout the year as projects continue to progress.
