Beardy’s & Okemasis’ Cree Nation, Treaty 6 – Chief and Council are encouraging members to continue participating in governance initiatives as the Nation moves forward with several projects focused on strengthening community involvement and transparency.

Throughout the year, members have contributed valuable perspectives during meetings, engagement sessions, and consultations covering a wide range of topics affecting the Nation.

Leadership recognizes that member participation remains essential to effective governance and acknowledges the importance of hearing diverse voices when developing policies, programs, and long-term priorities.

In the coming months, additional opportunities will be available for members to provide feedback on future initiatives through community meetings, surveys, and information sessions.

Chief and Council remain committed to maintaining open communication and ensuring governance continues to reflect the values, priorities, and aspirations of the Nation.
